I fairly recently bought FU and it's great, but am now worried it is not being further enhanced and I wasted my money and should switch to something else.  Will we ever see any more versions???

If so, I'd like to add urgent request for:
- MP4 container
- AAC bitrate configurable

I.e. PS3 / AppleTV formats!

Thanks!

From what I've seen lately, I'd say it's not longer being developed. Nothing new has arrived in many many months.

Well, to me it appears that the source code is available under GPL (see the FAQ), so anyone could continue development at any time, given the jurisdiction under which a potential developer lives, allows for it. Usually this is only a problem once you start distributing binaries anyway.

Hi there! Yes, FairUse is still under development. An update with the requested features and more should be expected soon.

I'd rather said next week. The only reason I didn't release already is that I'm waiting for feedback regarding a last-minute issue.
