Hello, Let me first say that I'm like a bull in a china shop when it comes to computers so please go easy. My dvd shrink worked at one point, know when I go to burn a disk a warning comes up that says "dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. There is not enough space on your target drive". This happens when I put a brand new disk in either one of my drives which are both dvd burners. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance
