I have just downloaded the trial version of WinAVI and tried a conversion from mpeg to AVI but the conversion runs very slowly at 2 to 3 frames/sec . I think that it should run much faster than this. Any clues?Huh

MPEG to AVI is much slower than AVI to MPEG(DVD).

Besides that maybe the specs of your PC are a bit low?
