I have already read the guide on how to use this program in the guides section. But when I try to add any file, I get the msg that

'0 files were successfully added'
'1 File could not be added'
'The.....avi file may be corrupted or not valid'

I am trying to convert an avi(xvid) file to dvd, so I can watch it on my dvd player. But I am unable to do so. The file works fine on my computer, except for Windows media player as I do not have the proper codec installed yet. So, it's not corrupt.

Also, I tried adding various other avi files to convert, but I got the same msg for each. The program isnt allowing me to add any avi files at all. None. I find it highly unlikely that all my movie files are corrupted.

So what am I doing wrong? Any help.....

I have no idea which DVD creater you used, I used use xilisoft DVD creator, while this kinds of situaion just caused by the DVD Creator itself. Some DVD Creator is not very well and hard to ensure you can convert it without interruption. I suggest you use Xilisoft DVD Creator. It get much reputably from the user.
