Did you use version 3?

There is a new window in the versio called "Input image resizing and video processing"


You might need to convert the file again with different settings, or maybe you just need to change the way the DVD is read by changing the settings on your  DVD player or eventually TV.

you can always post you log file and we can look at the original file size dimensions of the file you converted.
