How do I get 5.1 audio

Can anyone tell me how I can get 5.1 audio when using fu. Everything tells me I am during conversion but on playback it's only two channel (Dolby PL2). Other conversion programmes do it no problem but I think that the quality of the avi from fu is superior so would really like to work out what I'm doing wrong.

u need to select ac3 audio in the last window.

This option is greyed out and shows Mp3.
