Hi

Firstly i'd like to say hello to everyone on here as i'm a new member!

Over the last week i have encoded 12 dvds to XviD from a boxset and the results have been fantastic on all except for one which has perfect video quality like the rest but no audio upon playback. I have looked at the XviD using GSpot and it confirms there is an audio track and i also checked the file with another AVI file info utility which also reported audio (128k cbr) and the FU log file didn't appear to list any errors either. The source audio on the DVD is AC3 448k...so why do you reckon FU would create a rip without audio on 1 dvd out of 12? I have tried playing the file with media player, vlc and media player classic - no audio on all

thanks

EDIT:

Something tells me that its to do with the AC3 bitrate of 448??
