Ok i searched the forums, and i found a link to this program the virtualdubmod program. I am a little overwhelmed at this program i am not sure where to look, and i am getting alot of errors. When i run the program i get this MKV: "Subtitle stream (4) contains overlapping
subtitles. Some of them may not be kept when editing." Then when i hit the play button i get this "The decompression codec cannot decompress to an RGB format. This is very unusual. Check that any "Force YUY2" options are not enabled in the codec's properties."

Now what i am trying to do is convert an mkv file to avi but the primary language is japanese, and i would like to change the audio stream to english. I know this is alot, but i am really not sure where to look help would be appreated!
