I have been using fair use to rip movies but when i try to rip dvd with episodes of series on them i can only ever rip the first episode .Cam anyone tell me how i can get all the chapters ripped??

try nidesoft dvd ripper platinum which can convert dvds by chapers and also by titles, it even can convert the entire dvds to other video or audio format,as far as i know they provide a free trial version at their site,you can goole it and try,best of luck
