Download, install, and run Xilisoft iPod Video Converter.

Load the file(s): Add video or audio files you would like to convert by clicking the "Add" button in the main interface or choose "Add..." in the "File" menu.
You can preview the file in the left preview window. Just click the icon to play it. When the movie is playing, will be all available. Please Note: This function is only for preview purpose.
Select the target output format: In "Profile" combo-box, you could choose whatever format you want to convert your files to. All the target formats are shown in the dropdown list.

Set output mode: After selecting certain output format, the right panel will show general standard of the format. By clicking certain setting, you may specify it. Or just keep the default settings.
