Does 720 x 480 resolution exist in FairUse?

Can movie files be saves as DivX?

77 views and not one answer to these simple questions in 3 days. Wow.

No worries. I was on the fence about FairUse Wizard until I realized the support was blank stares, I've since moved on to DivX Author 1.5 and couldn't be happier (far more vibrant and crisp colors when comparing both engines at highest settings).
