install directx 9 on offline pc's?

I got another pc over the weekend. Yes one more. That makes 3 desktops and one PPC. Call me a hacker, or whatever you will Wink

Anyhow, I need to install DirectX9 on the new one. Its an offline pc, that I am useing for app testing, and messing around with code. I\'d like to beable to install a DVD Watching App, I have 2 now, and have tryed both, but each needs DX9 on the pc. And I have downloaded DX9 off M$\'s website, but it seems it needed to connect to your pc to get the rest of the files imo.

I dont want to have to configure the pc for the net, and the eathernet card is w/o its softwere, so... :pinch:
