Ok guys, ive got downloaded episodes of the office that were originally in avi mode but i have software that encodes them to dvd format, what can i use to put multiple episodes on one disc and have the menus too?

Your former problem is very easy to solve, You only need to use a video editor like Xilisoft Video Editor and join all the episodes together and then use burning tool like Xilisoft DVD Creator to burn it to your DVD. But if you still want to have the menus， I actually have no idea about how to do that.
