hi.can any one tell me how to burn a movie after i have backed it up using dvdshrink

Well. I have no idea about the software you used. I think the software 's function should be much more like Xilisoft DVD Creator. And you only need to choose from the files where your back up stored and click the burn icon and it will burn it atuomatically for you !
