Hi,

Why do you want to reduce the lines for?
The picture should be fine if you are viewing the DVD on your widescreen tv.
If you haven\'t a widescreen, you need to select the 4:3 aspect ratio Cheesy

Good luck!

Smiley   to enlarge the picture area as there is no way to do this thru ifoedit and to re-encode is the only method i can think of to get this done, i wanted to keep as much of the letterbox format while increasing the pictue size.

I\'m not sure how to do what you want but it is advisable just to keep the ratio at 16:9 because of compatibility issues!
If you have a wide screen tv like I said, there is no problem with the letterbox.

don\'t know if your source is dvd ,avi or divx, xvid but.
you can do an avisinth.avs script using resize, crop, letterbox...etc
then load this .avs in some encoders like tmpgenc or CCE
and encode your movie.
after this, load the encoded movie in tmpgenc DVDauthor , and build your dvd!
