Hi, I've just bought this program and I've tried to make a backup copy of Andy Griffith episodes on a dvd, but what comes out at the end of the conversion is just a very quick lot of images and no sound at all. It comes up as a avi. file but its not working right. Any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
