The program will not advance beyond the initial stage. It will creat the
appropriate files to the directed hard drive but at this point it returns to the desktop and ends. This is DVD X Copy Express. I cannot go any farther and the technical help desk offers no solution. Any help?
1, try to uninstall it and reinstall the program again.
2, Try updating the program. Maybe your windows needs updating. What window version are you running?
www.windowsupdate.com to see if you need drivers and or many updates for Microsoft products.
3, Sounds wierd but make sure you have a firewall and block everything from calling out to the web, or better yet don\'t even be connected at all and then try it. I rule out everything on my end before I trash a program.
I would even go as far as to close all the programs from starting up with the computer I can and then trying it, to see if it\'s another program conflick and for some reason isn\'t poping up showing you.
