I have DVDXCOPY Platinum and am trying to make a backup copy of my store bought Lord of the Rings.  Problem is that this movie is 7.8 GB large and does not seperate to two dvds.  Any idea on how to backup this one?

I\'d go on in for compressing it to 4.7 GB. Use the advanced mode and tick all the chapters, then hit next (I wouldn\'t re-adjust the compresion level at this point) and hit next again. I was just born yesterday to DVD backing-up, so I\'ll let more experienced users correct me. For example, what worries me is the quality after compression. But then, DVDXCOPY Platinum does allow splitting. What\'s your say?

The problem that I am encountering is that Lord of the Rings does not show any chapters to select, it is all one big file.
