I was trying to rip a DVD but when i try open the \"DVD Root\" i got a error message:
\"DVDx ERROR\"
\"auth.dll: Cant Authenticate Drive\"
\"Disk may be not locked\"

The video opens perfectly so when i try Start the process the Audio of my movie is getting cut.

All DVDs are NTSC

have anyone idea about that?
what happened?

please help me

For the first error your DVD is just not locked!

Now about the sound, try changing the fps number and check the Force 24Hz box. These may help.

Try using AnyDVD while you try and rip your DVD. AnyDVD will decrypt your DVD on-the-fly without any hasle.
