I am trying to follow the guide to convert SVCD to DVD. I am at the stage where I am supposed to convert the audio from 44 to 48K. When I go ahead and click MP2 to MP2 I get this error:

Error 80: Error getting tooLame.dll interfaces
Quiting...

I can\'t figure this out!

Please help me

Thanks

Is mp2enc.dll file located in your BeSweet directory?
If not do a Google search and download tooLame encoder and place the dll file in BeSweet\'s folder. If you download it from our site you should have it though.

:x

I have had a similar problem but was able to work through it. Now I have a different problem. No matter what I do, the audio does not synch properly. It starts out ok but as the video goes on, the audio gets ahead of the video.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Is your file an NTSC one?
Make sure you don\'t select the frame rate change option that is in the first screen of BeSweet.

The file is NTSC and I checked to make sure that the frame rate change option is unchecked and it was not checked at all.   :?:

Does the source file need to be a .dat from a vcd? I am using a vcd ready mpeg file as the source.

Thanks.

You better use VCDGear first and see if it fixs the problem.

I tried to use vcdgear and still had no luck.

I am trying to convert a vcd ready mpeg file to make a dvd ready file. Not trying to use a vcd dat file.

This is really getting to be very frustrating.

Click On 2Lame (next to where you click to see the SSRC settings) and there select MP2ENC in Engine instead of tooLame.

Note that if you correctly use tooLame and set the path of the exe file (see in the top in the same screen), it should also work.

That is how I have had it set.
