Hi there,

when we first started this forum we had the official support of the creator of Fairuse Wizard (nick ump in the forums). As such we named it "Official FairUse Forums".

However as ump is absent in the last months and we cannot replace him as most questions in these forums are regarding bugs and very few about how to use the program, we decided not to call this forum official anymore.

Besides of the obvious reason that such a forum cannot exist without someone representing the creator, we also had various misunderstandings as people thought this is the official support channel and were very disappointed at the "service offered" or even emailed us asking refunds or to re-send them the full version.
We won't merge it with other sections (for example to DVD Rip one) as it contains loads of posts and information about FU that many new users will find very helpful.

As a conclusion you should consider these forums unofficial. Feel free to chat like any other area of our boards but do not expect support and bug fixes by anyone of the Fairuse Wizard creators.
