i like to burn at 1/2 speed but it will only let me burn from 4 speed to max can any one help me

The speed there reports the write speeds your DVD writer can wright and the one that the media you are using supports. If you could write in this speed it should be in the options.

yes i agree but surely you can write at a slower speed ie 1 speed ??
