yet again i tried to author my TMPGEnc converted file and get no soundtrack .After converting the 700mb file to a 4.2gb file i tested it through power dvd and it was perfect ,yet after authoring it ,?no soundtrack and checking the audio file it was empty .What am i missing here or is it my computer ?

Have you burned the disc? Sometimes when you play DVD files from your hard disk, PowerDVD does not playback the sound. And the AUDIO_TS directory (if this is what you call empty), is ment to be empty, it\'s not a problem.
