Help,
I am trying to convert a file with the extension SVCD.TS-tcr  to
a WAVE sound file using Audio Converter, before I use
TMPGEnc to converte all to MPEG1, but Audio Converter
tells me it (does not contain recognizable audio).
I have had no trouble with Audio Converter before.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Where can I get this audio converter?
Why don\'t you use only TMPGEnc like in this guide:
