Okay this is what I do:

I use VisionExpress to create the vobfiles and then use Burning Rom to burn it (VisionExpress burning didn\'t full burn twice...) but... this is my problem:

I have burnt several DVD+R featuring Roswell (With the original music) and Tru Calling... when I checked them into my DVD player, I noticed there was a sound delay.

Any thoughts how to fix?

When I play them on my PC... i\'m guessing the sound delay/picture catches up... why is there a sound delay only when using this?

Let\'s see they play OK in your PC, but have a sound delay in your DVD player?

Strange... Does your DVD player plays OK other DVDs that you have copied?

my cousin suggested to extract the audio then try to match it with windows movie maker.  plays fine but I think it might be the avi files.

I suggest you try another program, as VisionExpress is buggy. TMPGEnc is my program of choice. Guide here:
