OKOK stupid question: After converting video files using WinAVI to DVD, I burned them successfully onto a blank disk and my DVD player will not play it nor will my computer, \"Windows Media Player.\" What am I missing besides the IQ of a houseplant?  TIA :roll:

Did you test the DVD files on your hard drive? Does it play properly? If yes, you should use Nero to burn the DVD now. We found that a bug exist in WinAVI v5.6 burner and we\'re fixing it. New v5.7 will release in next week.

If the DVD files on hard drive can\'t play, please contact support@winavi.com to get help.
