i have  a mp4  file,  i  can only  get audio  to  play using  nero  showtime, i can get  video  to  work in other  media  players,  but  not  sound.

is  it  poss  to  help me  with  this  prob-  thanks  in  advance.

You need to install an ACC codec, make a Google search!
