ok i just encoded a Xvid movie into DVD format using WinAVI.  i have Xvid 1.0.1 codec installed on my computer also.

After the encoding was done (the movie was 2 hours 1 min and it took about 57 min to encode) i viewed the movie and every couple of seconds, the video hesitates.  the audio and everything is in sync and the video doesnt hesitate to the point where it messes up the video but its noticable and it happens throughout the whole film.  i tried to encode another xvid video and it did the same thing.  i dunno if its a pc related problem cuz if i encode the same movie using nero it doesnt hesitate but it just takes so long.

im using WinAVI 5.7

thanx, i just got the division by zero error, and installed the beta4 which fixed it

great program!

i have one problem tho

i encoded a swf file to avi with SwishMax, when i try to encode that file to dvd in WinAVI it hangs after it finished coding it

the file is encoded using Cinepak Codec, 50 frames per second,  488kps data rate, and 24bit video sample size.

any ideas why it does this?

Well, can you send the file to us that you can\'t using WinAVI to convert?
If the file is less than 100MB, send it to mediafile@zjsoft.9966.org
If not, please contact me, I provide a FTP to you for uploading.
