I\'m back with another issue guys.

Using these 2 guides:

http://www.dvd-guides.com/guides.php?category=dvdauthor&name=tmpegencdvdauthor

I have made DVD\'s from SVCD\'s.  The problem I\'m having is that sometimes the movies I burn tend to skip, or freeze for a second.  I\'ve had movies do this, I\'ve had some not do it at all.  I\'ve also had a movie do it like once in the beginning and be good for the rest of the movie.

I have no idea to correct this and I don\'t have hundreds of blanks to experiement with lol.  I use Fuji DVD-R (which actually turned out to be Ritek03\'s) and this is where I first discovered the problem. So I figured I\'d try another media and used Ritek04\'s. But the problem doesn\'t go away.  I\'m using a Lite-On 812S burner.  I burner the Video_TS folder created by TMPGENc Author with Nero 6. And I never have a problem with playback of a regular DVD though (A DVD to DVD copy of a retail DVD or what have you.)    Any suggestions?

You mean that they play, then have a problem for a second and then continue normally? Maybe it\'s the point that in the VCDs you had to enter the next CD and the join there is not that good.

Yes you are right, the video would stick for ½ second to a full second and then continue.. The problem at the joining of the 2 cd\'s would cause this problem anywhere during the movie?  Cuz when there is a problem, they happen at various parts of the movie. The beginning, ¾ done, not just at the part of the movie where it\'s joined...

Look if it happens just once in every movie I won\'t bother. The problem is that the problem is so small, that I cannot imagine what creates it, and I never had it before so that I could know any solutions!  :?
