I´m trying to encode a divx file with tmpgenc. Instead of encoding I get a message \"Read error occured at adress.......\" This worked perfect yesterday. What has happened?Huh :?

Are you trying the same file or another one?

I ask because sometimes this error comes up with a corrupted or problematic file. Try to fix it with a fixing program like VideoFixer.
