Hi all. I am currently copying my master dvd onto blank dvd r.  I have a lot of copies to make and this is taking me ages!  Is there a dvd to dvd copying software out there that will allow me to write/copy one dvd after another at once without having to go through the \"reading track\" process each and every time before the writing phase starts?

Any assistance much appreciated.

Thank you.

Well all the tools do that, just select the number of copies it should be somewhere in the settings. Tell me what program you are using if you need more instructions.

Hi there. I do apologise for posting my query more than once.  I just wanted to get more responses to my query but I did not realise that I would be breaching some sort of regulation on this forum.  Sorry.

I have been using Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD and also CloneDVD.  Yes Pinnacle does allow you to copy many DVDs, but, each DVD that it has to copy goes through the \"reading data\" process of the master DVD before going into the \"writing\" process.  I was hoping there would be a DVD writer that \"read\" the data from the master DVD once and then wrote on as many DVDs one after another as one wanted. Am I dreaming of such a possibility   or is there such a software out there?

Thank you for your assistance.

ps: CloneDVD does not allow multiple copying.

Hi,

Do you have 2 drives ( 1 DVD player and 1 DVD Writer)Huh If you do, then burn a master copy and then use nero burning rom to burn the rest of the copies (since nero can choose the number of copies you need)

Or is it possible for Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD to copy it to a HDD folder? If so, copy it to a HDD first then use nero to burn the number of copies you need

Or create an ISO using DVD Decrypter and then burn all DVDs using the same ISO. You can find a guide in the Guides sections above and download DVD Decrypter from Downloads.  Wink

Hi afonic. So by creating an ISO, will the writing process also be reduced, timewise, I mean?  Right now, the writing involves \"Reading Data\" process and then \"Writing\" Process.

Well you\'ll read only once and then burn from the same ISO file as many times you want.  Wink
