Hi everybody am new to this and have problem i hope someone can help have winavi and everything was going fine i was making copies of my dvds when things started going wrong first a window came up saying recompression i picked divx then it would convert only on file and when done it would stop and the window would appear it used to convert all my files automaticly and the one it does convert the sound is way off emailed winavi support they said to install powerdvd codec to directory \\\\winavi video converter\\filter i do not know how to do this can some one please help me. engineer.
