YES! It works!
I've posted the problem 3 months ago, finally.... Thanks shaty!
Earlier on, I was using TMGPEnc Plus to do it, I don't favour it because it takes too long a time to do a job. Eventually, I bought a MPEG4 (DivX) player after some frustration on the time it consume, about a month ago. I am not please with the font display from the player, it is small and not easy to read in a haste. I tried using 'AviSub' and 'srt2bmp' to have the subtitle embedded but the subtitle do not display. Another setback.

Now with this solved, I really like it. The only fall back is the quality of the movie display resolution. Some heavy drama or dialogue movie, I do not mind.
I am using Arial, Font size 14 or 16.
How about you guys? Your font type and size?

Thank you.
