re: errors (CRC check)
written by jimboy, August 16, 2009
If you get an error about CRC, it means the file is encrypted with a newer algothrim that DVD Decrypter can't handle. In this case, I have switched to the latest version of DVDFab, which seems to be more up to date. BUT, the free version will only copy DVDs to HD, so then I use DVD Shrinker to compress and burn the DVD.
clylic redudency error
written by luliisb, August 28, 2009
@printergrl: When it says there's clylic redudency, it usually means there is some missing data from the DVD (probably got stratched or is dirty) that it isn't allowing DVD Decrypter to read it successfully. Therefore, the DVD rip won't be possible. smilies/sad.gif I'm sorry.
